I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. Paul did a fantastic job, after another electrician had completely wrecked the conservatory floor, Paul levelled it, laid an underfloor heating system and screeded it all in 3 days. In future, I wouldn't look anywhere else. Five stars? Should be 6.

Beautifully designed kitchen, lovely people, dont think I had his top team. Had to do a lot of tidying up, removing protective edging to units, sanding down and painting round a ceiling light. They had put freezer in incorrectly, screws were too short in a door and it fell apart, a work surface had to be replaced due to warping and the new one is even worse with a chip, a split and pencil marks round it, new garden hose wrecked, used to mix concrete and spade thrown on top, used garden seats as a workbench

The guy was honest, told what he could and couldn't do. Installed the bedroom door fine, is still working fine till date, it has been 3 years. He said he could only temporarily fix the bathroom folding door. And it still holds after 3 years. Very happy with his work.
