Paul laid paving and lawn in my daughters garden, he did an excellent job, it's made such a difference and has transformed a miserable garden into a lovely space that they can use all year round, I would recommend his workmanship, he was a really nice person arrived always on time and did a great job.. Sam was just amazing. We had a major loft conversion and house extension done. At first we just asked him to refit the existing kitchen, which he did brilliantly. Then we asked him to build fitted wardrobes in the bedrooms. After that there were a dozen small joinery jobs such as building shelf units at the ends of the baths, boxing in pipes etc. And there was tiling. Everything was done to a very high quality, very quickly, with creative input, and at a very reasonable price. Sam is strongly recommended.

We found Kurt to be reliable, hard working and really easy to deal with. He put us in touch with another contact too, and together they worked as a team to re-build and fit our kitchen exterior wall with new bi-fold doors. Kurt also helped prepare our chimney for a new wood burning stove - overall a great job and the work of a high quality. Highly recommended - thank you!

matt did kitchen worktops for me. his work is to the highest standard, and i shall not hesitate in calling him again. as a local builder myself i shall recommend him to others. the job i asked him to do for me, was not straight forward, quite a few complications, but he overcame them all to do an excellent job.

First time using Rated People and it was first class great online communications and follow up processes. Mike Baker was first rate from initial call back through to completion. Took time to talk through requirements, meet on site to survey and estimate the work, providing a clear cost and timescale. We told Pedro what we wanted and he did some CGI images for us, we chatted on the phone about stuff and also things we liked. His attention to detail was brilliant, he worked quickly and kept us up to date with the projects development with pictures. Nothing was too much trouble, and we couldn't be happier with the completed job. In fact we have divided this project in two, phase one is now done and we will start phase two early next year. Daniel did an excellent job. There were a few issues with the base he was covering coming through the paint but this didn't cause Daniel a problem. If I'd been doing the decorating I would have been stuck, Daniel knew exactly which products were needed where and completed the job to a high standard.
