Petrus was very responsive on our request and after agreement, he immediately started our laminated floor job. He completed 2 rooms in a quick way and helped us to move these rooms after the work. However, there are some improvements need on connection points and sealing areas. I see some defects on sealers and after 2 months, there are 2 points in each room to give us some cracking sounds. We have just enrolled here, but we have an experience of six years. Our objective is to provide our customers with the upmost satisfaction with their gardens and any other services we have to offer.
Yanis reached out to give me a quote once I'd already received 2 quotes and moved ahead. When I politely told him this he sent me several messages saying he'd paid £45 for the job and basically that he'd wasted his money. Even when I tried to end the text message correspondence he continued to message me and send screenshots from the app. Terrible customer service and felt like serious harassment.

Great service from start to finish. Was contacted straight away and we discussed the job required. Samuel then came round to have a look and take measurements. He provided a reasonable quote within a few hours and we agreed a date. He arrived on time and did a great job, keeping me posted and sent me photos of the results.
