Alex was very friendly and easy going, I asked for the work to be done on a certain day and he was able to fit me in, on arrival I explained what needed doing and he carried the work out to a very high standard, I was extremely happy with the work he has done and he even took the rubbish with him. Quiet unassuming craftsman, totally reliable, turned up when he said he would and did a very good job. We asked him to install new toilet and basin in our cloakroom and to re- tile, he did a very good job and overcome problems as they arose without any drama. Also very good value.
