Responded quickly and plumber visited today, temporarily stopped the leaking until the pipe can be replaced and bathroom re-fitted / completely re-furbished . Resolved the issue and prevented any further damage.

Both Martin and Lee come to my home looked at the job and gave me a very reasonable price, as a female on my own I was very concerned about having strange males in my home but I can assure you they not only put me at ease they were lovely. I had cause to call them VERY late that night they put me at ease and attended again the next day to a problem I had caused I would recommend any lone female use them.

Elliott responded quickly to my request, indicating that he could view the job promptly. However the damage incurred by the snow turned out to be less extensive than first thought and I did not need to proceed with this. Since the website requires a star rating I have given him good ratings bsed on the email exchange with him alone, no work having ben done.

We've all heard about those builders that start a job and then disappear leaving it half done, never to return. Well Tom is definitely NOT one of those. He and his very friendly team always worked hard, were flexible around our needs and even did some weekends to ensure the build finished as close to the agreed finish date as possible. James responded promptly to my enquiry and advised that the post could be repaired but that he would need to find bricks to match the original post. The price eventually quoted was deemed fair for the job. Given the age of the original post and therefore the weathered state of the brickwork, the finished repair looks great, the quality of the bricklaying and match of the bricks is just fine. I can thoroughly recommend James and would be happy to employ him in the future. Thanks James
