I'm afraid i had to change my rating because we came across an issue with a part of bath fitted in our bathroom after the job was done. We contacted Liviu and asked him to come and fix it, after a few times contacting him, he arranged to come in but never turned up and have been ignoring our calls ever since, so i am very disappointed with the fact that there was no after care service provided.

I didn't actually give the job to Smart Construction; but Aaron visited to inspect the job, and was extremely helpful, personable, and business like; he also did some research to work out the structure of my property. Fedor and his team are polite, hard-working and extremely talented. It was a complicated job and Fedor handled it brilliantly. We are absolutely delighted with the beautiful London Stock brick wall that has been built. We would definitely recommend Fedor and Cuicut Construction, and will certainly use them again in the future.

I cannot recommend Emanuel highly enough. He did our bathroom renovation and we are so happy with the end result! Everything was done to such a high standard and his attention to detail was way beyond our expectations. On top of this they were very polite, kind and clean, we will definitely be using them again in the future.

John worked extremely hard to fulfil our brief & also had great vision when considering possibilities. He understood our needs and ensured all snagging was carried out before completion. All builders are currently pushed to the limit with supplies and staffing - John managed this to the best of his ability and was always polite, helpful and friendly.

I’ve been given 512 words to review Kyle and his team and only need one- AMAZING. However, I did warn Kyle, that I had so much to say that 512 might not be enough- I will try to keep it short and to the point! I have never met someone who is so enthusiastic and passionate about what they do. If his motto should be anything it should be ‘we can do that’ and he does it BRILLIANTLY. All looked good to start with. They finished the job on time but a few days later a number of the tiles came loose and much of the grout started to crack. We tried calling numerous times, left messages but to date, no response. I suggest they are removed from rated people immediately.

I would recommend Catalin to anybody, he turned up on time to do the job and did an excellent job. He left my premises spotless after finishing the job. He also charges a reasonable rate.

Simon did an excellent job on the wardrobes. He removed and replaced double slidding built-in wardrobes from one room into another. Dedicated, honest and polite. Very happy with the work. Saved the contacts and will using their services often.

We were very happy with the work done by Dan and his team at Akoni Construction. I had a 20m2 porcelain patio laid which looks fantastic. It is evident that they have taken time and care over the work completed. They also had the expertise for a second job I added to pebbledash a wall on our rear extension, which now matches the rest of the house perfectly. I used AGL to decorate my 5 bedroom house in W12 in April 2014. The standard of the work was excellent. They are experienced and were able to come up with practical solutions to issues that arose. They were able to carry out addition electrical and plumbing work. Their quote was competitive and transparent. They repsonded promptly to calls and emails. AGL were trustworthy and reliable and I have since made several recommendations to friends. I would definitely use them again.

Again your comment is not correct. I had to leave before the cleaners finished, so could not have said that they had done a good job. Also they were supposed to do every 2 weeks, so how could I say 'see you next week'? Accuracy is not your strong point I see. Am not sure where you live but we don't get that much dust or dirt in 3 to 4 days... For reasons discussed over the phone I don't want your cleaners back in the house.
