Joe was a very professional specialist. He was thorough, fast and courteous. This was a difficult problem as the water ingress only occurs in heavy rain with driving wind but Joe made every effoprt to simulate the problem in order to find the point(s) of ingress and repair them. The decking is sagging and moves every time you walk on it which we have to do to get out of the garden. The step also rocks when walked upon. The wood was left cracked in areas and there are some miss cuts. The concrete was undertaken during torrential rain and has resulted in constant dusting being trailed onto the decking and subsequently into the house. The concrete ran down the length of the driveway and cannot be removed. Phoned to complain 3 weeks ago and heard nothing further.
