Someone came straight away to give an estimate and then came the following day to do the job. Came on time and worked solidly until job was completed. My bathroom hasn't been as clean since the day it was fitted. They offered an extra to the job as booked which was something I was happy to pay a little extra for but there was no pressure. I will use this firm again.

Iain was friendly, turned up when he said he would and completed the jobs we'd asked him to a good standard. He was regularly in touch too to make sure we knew when he was coming and to check exactly what we wanted. Would definitely use him again.

A first class job, by a very competent Electrician, I would have no hesitation in recommending Phil, he arrived on time, and very quickly resolved a major lighting problem. Whilst at the property, he carried out a second job, which again helped me tremendously. All in all a first class technician, who knew is job inside out. Genuinely impressed, his charges were realistic, almost £100.00 less than a competitor, who did NOT come via Rated People. Will definitely use Phil again.

Absolute professional. Goes above and beyond. Originally asked him to panel and paint my living room. However he did such a good job that I also asked him to continue with my hallway, stairs and dining room. I would thoroughly recommend his work. I’ve been given 512 words to review Kyle and his team and only need one- AMAZING. However, I did warn Kyle, that I had so much to say that 512 might not be enough- I will try to keep it short and to the point! I have never met someone who is so enthusiastic and passionate about what they do. If his motto should be anything it should be ‘we can do that’ and he does it BRILLIANTLY. The building work that D and A Services conducted on my behalf was satisfactory and the people themselves were helpful doing additional bits of work that required attention and buying my choice of paint. However I was very disappointed with the quality of the paintwork that finished off the project. Particularly as I had specified that only professional tradesmen should apply. It was apparent that painting is not within their skill set and I now have had to hire professional painters to put things right.

Excellent, quick service provider. We had a ridge tile that became loose because of a storm. Home Maintenance came the next day after calling to discuss the job and repaired the tile and repointed ridge tiles. Also, they inspected the whole roof and noticed another broken tile, which they replaced too. Highly recommended, photos given for work and great communication. Thank you both.
