George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. Paul ripped out my old bathroom and carried out a replacement. He has done an amazing job! My property is old so there were some issues along the way re the existing pipes and walls. Totally botched what should have been an easy job , screwed into central heating pipe causing a leak which we only discovered the next day . When the gas engineer came out, he discovered that craig had tried to patch it up with toilet paper and plumbers putty, total fail ,Craig has been promising to refund the money we paid but still no sign of him doing so . Would not recommend

BMD completed the job a head of time and within budget. The trades men were all good they respected our home and always cleaned up after themselves. Could not say a bad word about them (even the singing brickies). I am so glad I got these alterations done I got the right builder for the job.
After negotiations, I eventually obtained a refund for work carried out.
