Sam was called out at short notice to fix a problem with an en-suite bathroom floor. Due to ingress of water, the existing floor had rotted and was in urgent need of repair. Sam expertly replaced the damaged subfloor with marine plywood and secured it to the rafters. The existing tiled flooring was replaced with attractive light-oak vinyl flooring. The job required the removal and refitting of a toilet which was also expertly completed. Thanks, Sam, for your hard work and craftsmanship.

We hired Gowan PM to decorate our first project of 7 apartments. Fast work however great at time. We've noticed a lot of chipped tiles and missing grout. I've tried to patch up. Also uneven in places. I should have checked more clearly. They turn up.on time etc but check work after........more thoroughly than I did.
