George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. Whilst this was done well initially, myself & my neighbour commissioned more work, but unfortunately are not happy! Johnny has left wires dangling out of the front of the house, left drainpipes blocking access, hasn't cleaned the bricks after pointing. He has stopped answering call / nor returning messages, so I am forced to leave a poor review, something I don't like to do. The original work was given a 6 month guarantee, but we still have water ingression & now he's not responding. Very poor indeed!!
