Neil came round and gave an honest quote to us; told us decent time scales and was honest about what he could do and how he would complete our job. The job was a simple rip out of old cloak room, installation of new loo and vanity unity, boxing in of pipes, laying Camaro flooring and decorating. Responded quickly and plumber visited today, temporarily stopped the leaking until the pipe can be replaced and bathroom re-fitted / completely re-furbished . Resolved the issue and prevented any further damage.

Andrew was superb. We exchanged a few messages before he came to do the work, he always responded promptly and even offered to come to provide a temporary fix before he was free to carry out the actual job. Another job was cancelled, and he fitted my job in early even though it was his birthday. He did an excellent job of replacing my fence posts under difficult conditions and even went the extra mile in a couple of aspects. On top of this he comes across as a lovely bloke. 6 stars.

Although they did a good job, I had a slow leak and the shower cubicle handle has since fallen off. They came out to fix the toilet leak, but it started leaking again straight after. Never returned to do the handle as promised

He was also able to pull in another job and quote at the same time to replace 3 blown double units in my Mum's conservatory. The chaps were and are very professional, honest (rare nowadays) polite, approachable, friendly and trustworthy. Paul quoted the job and kept in touch whilst the doors were ordered. I had asked for a replacement conservatory door which was worn out and beyond economical repair. Other builders had told me that I would need a new conservatory. A set of doors were made to measure and fitted. Although the profiles were never going to match a good job was done for a reasonable price. I would recommend this firm and wouldn't hesitate to use again.
