We had a great experience with OL & Edward. Livia was amazing and very persistent in finding the perfect replacement for our sink. We were trying to replace a broken sink with an identical version. Our sink had a very particular design and had been discontinued in the early 2000s, but Livia did not stop until she found the exact replacement. John, the plumber who did the replacement did an excellent job, and he was fast, clean and very professional. Highly recommend and would use again!

Scott did a brilliant job of relocating conservatory downpipe, he is very conscientious and will not leave anything until he is completely satisfied. There was an issue that was due to original guttering installation, which Scott promptly resolved to his satisfaction. Scott arrived promptly, very tidy and clean worker and site cleaned. Ken was by far the most professional builder that came round to quote for the work. He explained what would be required to complete the work. Including building regs and structural engineer requirements. Therefore we were pleased that ken's quote was slightly cheaper than the others we recieved. The work was completed to agreed timescales and a very high standard with minimal impact and fuss. I have no hesitation in recommending ken and will contact him first before posting a job for future planned work
