Tips for future: Please do not go over dirty silicone with new ones without cleaning or removing the old ones. In future always provide your customers with a written quotation specifying the work. The guys came down within a few hours on the same day which was great. They installed three radiators in time for a new floor to be put down. Even agreed to swap a radiator the next day, which they noticed had been delivered with a dent. Thanks for your help.
