Sinevir did a solid job on our exterior walls. They paid particular attention to prepping the surfaces—cleaned and degreased everything thoroughly and were careful with the details. They even dug down around the foundation to insulate below ground level, and didn’t charge anything extra for it, which was a nice surprise. Scott did a brilliant job of relocating conservatory downpipe, he is very conscientious and will not leave anything until he is completely satisfied. There was an issue that was due to original guttering installation, which Scott promptly resolved to his satisfaction. Scott arrived promptly, very tidy and clean worker and site cleaned. Reminded me of how Customer Service once was. Very pleased with result, I have no hesitation in recommending Scott from Canary Roofing.

Ken was by far the most professional builder that came round to quote for the work. He explained what would be required to complete the work. Including building regs and structural engineer requirements. Therefore we were pleased that ken's quote was slightly cheaper than the others we recieved. The work was completed to agreed timescales and a very high standard with minimal impact and fuss. I have no hesitation in recommending ken and will contact him first before posting a job for future planned work
