Didn't give the Job to Gareth, however this was not a reflection on anything about Gareth. He was prompt polite and knowledgeable, it just came down to me needing the bottom price even though Gareth's quote was very competitive. I had to go with the cheapest for me.

Recently self employed after serving 12 years at a respected joinery company where I served my apprenticeship and worked upto site foreman role.. I aim to please the customer with reasonable prices A* workmanship and a friendly attitude. Now changed the company name to DC designs and offer a full bespoke service. From kitchens bedrooms and living rooms to prety much anything building wise. I have a team of friendly trades men i use for the jobs i cant do.

They went over and above to sort out my design and the delivery when my supplier messed up!; showed great attention to detail and finish; were very clean and tidy; and even started early & finished late get the kitchen finished on time. I had this roof replaced in February and it has failed already. The company I used was via Rated people. Not sure why I used this app again, given my experience, but I did. Gus has replaced this and my other flat roof. He carried out the job promptly and cleared up completely. So far, I think he has done a great job. The leaks have stopped. Assuming the roof doesn't fail again, I would recommend Gus without hesitation. I will return to update my review in a year's time when I hope there will be no problems

AW Home and Garden expressed an interest in doing work on our guttering and downspout and replacing a post for our washing line After a conversation with them we agreed a date and cost for the work. My quote was prompt and quick, based on photos as I wasn't local for them to pop out and look at the rooms. I was very impressed with Ben & Pete from PJPS Construction, they were friendly, professional and stayed late to get the job finished ahead of the estimated timescale. Plaster work is great in the Kitchen and Master Bedroom. I would definitely recommend them.
