Belhaven Roofing Services provided excellent work new fascia on my garage provided by Jamie makes my old garage look maintained. First class workmanship at a very competitive price. I am happy with John's services and I think, his workers ( I had the comfort of two teams working tirelessly) did excellent job, all at competitive price. 7 windows + patio door + front door within a day + few hours of the next. The leading time to source the materials and the job completion was quick and all seem sourced locally. The communication with John and his on-site supervisor was excellent . Entire work carried out as promised with no issues.

Our conservatory and kitchen floor upgrade was complted to a very high standard (and I am not easily pleased!) All of the professionals that were used to build, tile, plaster and plumb were all really nice, very professional and did an amazing job. Due to the age of our house we needed additional electrical work to accomodate building regulations, there was a leak in our dishwasher that we never knew about until the original tiling on the floor was lifted and due to the size of the room our patio supporting was needed moving. All of these additional jobs were completed as part of the build which made my life alot easier. I am sitting in my conservatory now writing this recommendation with a very big smile.

Would highly recommend Kenny & his Team. Kenny provided a competitive quote and completed the job on time. 10 Windows and Front Door were replaced and my house now looks amazing. Neighbours are knocking on my door complementing on my choice of windows and want to know who installed them. Kenny is a very likeable man who delivers a first class service from start to finish. Ark Propert Developments were very professional in carry out the work required, at all times they kept us informed on progress and left the work area tidy when finishing each day and at the end of the job. We had new patio laid and painting and decorating done within the house and all was finished to a very high standard.
