Dale did an excellent job. Doing me a new bathroom. Tiles, new fan, new floor. Taps. All painting . Doors scurting boards ceiling. 100 percent recommend him. Loves his cups of tea. Thank you dale. X

Lovely young lad named Daniel who came to sort out our chimneys. Very polite,very knowledgeable. Did a great job in v windy conditions. Would definitely get him again to sort out our other roofing matters.

Excellent response and work .came and give me a quote for the job ,with pictures of the roof condition. Returned next day ,removed all moss first ,then pointed all the Ridge tiles .Took new pictures and looked neat and tidy work . Thanks Francis For a good job PHIL

Gareth removed our old flat garage roof and replaced with Firestone rubber (guaranteed) to a first class standard. He was very helpful and professional and advised us honestly on how best to solve our roofing problem. The job was completed within the estimated time and at the cost we were quoted and we are both extremely happy with the finished product. Gareth was very polite and friendly and we would highly recommend him. We will definitely be using him again.

Andrew and Richard were price competitive. The materials used were excellent. They kept me fully informed of order progress. The workmanship was excellent and they cleared up. Delighted with the whole process. Would highly recommend. Am planning the next job with them.

I've only got good things to say about Andy & Jed, the attic conversion they did is 1st class. They gave honest professional advice, were relaible and punctual and carried out the work to a high standard. All at fantastic value for money. I would recommend them to anyone.

Chris did a fantastic job of replacing my old fence panels with new one's, price was very fair, it wasn't a straight forward job and he didn't stop until it was perfect, kept me informed every step of the way, cleaned everything up and took away all the old fencing panels, would highly recommend Chris and would not hesitate to use him again for any future work

James is a true craftsman. He is hardworking, punctual, reliable, trustworthy and a great guy. James has a vast knowledge and the ability to carry out all various types of work asked of him. We feel very lucky to have found such a nice bloke who does a real quality job. Unlike a lot of builders James does a full day's work and is very conscientious and charges a fair price. Graham and Dave have completed my job in full and to a really high standard. The quote given was competitive and no unforeseen extras added. They left the work area clean and tidy. I would recommend Cheslett Property Maintenance and I will hopefully be using them soon to complete my project.

John did a fantastic job of fitting my new laminate floor, everybody who's seen it has complimented his work. He also helped me out with a few other jobs that I was having some trouble with and was professional, hard-working and great value. Highly recommended!
