They were very dodgy and unreliable. They took all the agreed money but never came back to finish the job. I was left without a kitchen, cooking utilises and drinking water for two whole months as no other builders were willing to pick up the mess they left behind. The garden was a complete mess with concrete and heavy building rumble. I strongly advise people to be wary of hiring them.

William and his sons built a new fence and replaced our patio. They are very hard working and friendly. and dealt well with our difficult neighbour! When I politely told him this he sent me several messages saying he'd paid £45 for the job and basically that he'd wasted his money. Even when I tried to end the text message correspondence he continued to message me and send screenshots from the app. Terrible customer service and felt like serious harassment.

The gardener turned on time on the said date. He did a good job trimming my conifer hedge. However I did ask for his contact details, which he promised he would forward the next day. So far after 2 weeks he has not done so. Therefore I will not be able to contact him for any future work.
