All climbing and lowering equipment is regularly examined to check for defects and replaced when required. I can highly recommend Andy and his team. They turned up on time and put up with me interrupting them to get my car out of the garage and off the drive. They guys also were very helpful in moving some of the logs into our neighbours garden for firewood. When the trees were down they did a great job of tidying up. Don’t hire. Came round, gave a quote, happy with price, arranged date. Which was then changed as he forgot about a charity walk, arranged new date. Never turned up!! No response to messages the day before or on the day. No explanation. If you didn’t want to do the job, just say so, it’s not hard. Complete waste of time.

Absolutely atrocious. Caused so many leaks our ceiling collapsed. Doubled the price after the fact. Such awful quality we had to get the "new" roof replaced (and our neighbours'). Left the place in a complete mess. Avoid at all costs.
