IA home improvements were very helpful and well priced. They turned up early and started work immediately. The concrete slab was poured on the same day after breaking out the old concrete. Unfortunately, it rained late in the afternoon and the slab started to get pit marks so I contacted IA and he was back a few hours later to smooth the slab out again. Very happy with the service and I would definitely use them again.

They charge 900£ done decent job but today had my neighbour complain that they dump few tree stumps in their garden and also they suppose to return to trim one of the tree which I call them but not seen them yet

Paul was easy to deal with and gave us a comprehensive list of materials that were adhered to. He turned up when he said he would and his estimate of time for the job was spot on. Furthermore, his price changed slightly upwards but as a result of more work that was totally in line with the other work so all good. Would definately use Paul again and look forward to seeing him on another job. Thanks

Failed to complete the job dispite paying the final amount in advance as a favour. Have asked numerous times to finish the painting without a reply. Do not trust this husband and wife team, quality of painting is average at best!!

Bill was great. Quoted fairly for the job of blocking off the gap under our decking to prevent foxes from getting in. Work was fast, completed to a high standard and they were very pleasant to deal with. Highly recommended

Ben is excellent. Patient, communicative, he does not give up on a problem easily and is generous to boot! They were very dodgy and unreliable. They took all the agreed money but never came back to finish the job. I was left without a kitchen, cooking utilises and drinking water for two whole months as no other builders were willing to pick up the mess they left behind. The garden was a complete mess with concrete and heavy building rumble. I strongly advise people to be wary of hiring them.

William and his sons built a new fence and replaced our patio. They are very hard working and friendly. and dealt well with our difficult neighbour! They completed the job on time and left the site tidy. They kept to the quote even though the job involved extras. We would highly recommend them. A delight to work with!
