I’ve been given 512 words to review Kyle and his team and only need one- AMAZING. However, I did warn Kyle, that I had so much to say that 512 might not be enough- I will try to keep it short and to the point! I have never met someone who is so enthusiastic and passionate about what they do. If his motto should be anything it should be ‘we can do that’ and he does it BRILLIANTLY. .All I wanted was for the 5 small silver Birch trees cut down slightly, for new growth. came the next day to give me a quote ,£400 cash in hand. stated that he would clear up all the dead wood/ branches etc.Stupidly , I agreed. I was at work when they arrived…Tree surgeon! on my ring doorbell, I have never seen anyone just cut 2 foot off our silver birch trees in 20 minutes. Not cleared anything. I complained to James, he said he would clear it, but I had spent a hour doing it myself!! TIP RUN FOR US. ????????

Apart from causing £350. worth of damage to my roof and electrics so far and ignoring my emails questioning why they didn't tell me. The job was done quickly and virtually to the agreed specification. Would I recommend them? Probably not just for not coming clean about the damage and not communicating. I had a quote from them for a fence which I was going to take up, also a couple of other jobs to quote for but I am now looking elsewhere. I have no confidence they will tell me if something goes wrong.
