He replied to messages quickly, turned up when he said he would, and was correct that our tree had in fact died. Unlike a few other trades people I contacted for quotes who either did not respond or didnt keep the appointments we made. Joe and Andreas were able to do the work the very next day, their quote was a very reasonable price for the work and they were clean, tidy and very quick workers. Tom did an absolutely wonderful job of clearing my incredibly overgrown garden. He arrived on time, worked like a Trojan, took all the garden waste away, and left me with a garden I can sit in with a glass of wine, instead of drawing the blinds so I can't see it! Tom is now going to maintain the garden on a regular basis, and I would recommend him highly to anyone needing a garden tamed!

George came at the agreed time to quote and to do the job (clearing away a fallen Ash tree). He did an excellent job quickly and efficiently and left the area tidier than before the tree came down. I will definitely have him back.
Aaron and the team of 2 did a great job of pruning our cherry tree and it now has a nice shape. They also removed a fir tree at the same time, including root which we were also delighted with. Very efficient, just got on with it, no faffing about and very tidy. I did 4 stars rather than 5 for reliability because they didn't come in the end on the day we arranged and only let me know about 1hr before. Every company can have an off day so we rearranged and they then came as agreed. Very happy with result.

A complicated job that was very competently handled. A bit of it didn't get done but I must put this down to a miscommunication on my part. I would happily recommend and would have no hesitation in using again.
