.All I wanted was for the 5 small silver Birch trees cut down slightly, for new growth. came the next day to give me a quote ,£400 cash in hand. stated that he would clear up all the dead wood/ branches etc.Stupidly , I agreed. I was at work when they arrived…Tree surgeon! on my ring doorbell, I have never seen anyone just cut 2 foot off our silver birch trees in 20 minutes. Not cleared anything. I complained to James, he said he would clear it, but I had spent a hour doing it myself!! TIP RUN FOR US. ????????

Brilliant Three people turned up on time and in a day and half, cleared a garden OVER 40' LONG AND TWELVE FOOT WIDE that hadn't been touched in SEVEN YEARS including two trees plus the back door area . Worked tirelessly to complete. The company who were removing all the debris from inside the house were so impressed that they took some cards from him for future work. The tree felling was done to a very high standard. Care was taken to bring down the tree in stages so that no damage was caused to the surroundings. Matt also very kindly gave some advice to me on pruning a couple of other trees, which was much appreciated. There were issues with communications, when our appointment on a previous day was cancelled without informing us. However, they took on board that we were not happy about the no-show and re-arranged for a few days later.
