The decking is sagging and moves every time you walk on it which we have to do to get out of the garden. The step also rocks when walked upon. The wood was left cracked in areas and there are some miss cuts. The concrete was undertaken during torrential rain and has resulted in constant dusting being trailed onto the decking and subsequently into the house. The concrete ran down the length of the driveway and cannot be removed. Phoned to complain 3 weeks ago and heard nothing further.

The next day you receive a gardening bill for the exact amount of time that the gardener spent with you. Gardening Duties Include: • Grass Cutting & Turfing • Hedge Cutting • Planting & Pruning • Strimming & Weed Control • Tree Trimming • Green Waste Clearance Waste removal is not as easy as it use to be anymore and it's also expensive commercially. When we take waste away to dispose of for our customers we must hold a waste carriers licence to transport any kind of waste. We must responsibly tip our waste at a tip that weighs the amount of waste and charges us a fee depending on the amount of waste. Our gardeners must also do this in their own time, which is normally at the weekends when they are not gardening. Therefore, all waste removal is an extra charge from the gardening service. Useless one person call Ken aka as Kenny he call himself a gardener but it he doesn’t know anything about plants , once he does a day work he text & ask for advance always in the evening he doesn’t have transport. I definitely will not recommend him
