Brilliant Three people turned up on time and in a day and half, cleared a garden OVER 40' LONG AND TWELVE FOOT WIDE that hadn't been touched in SEVEN YEARS including two trees plus the back door area . Worked tirelessly to complete. The company who were removing all the debris from inside the house were so impressed that they took some cards from him for future work. We have just enrolled here, but we have an experience of six years. Our objective is to provide our customers with the upmost satisfaction with their gardens and any other services we have to offer.
Yanis reached out to give me a quote once I'd already received 2 quotes and moved ahead. When I politely told him this he sent me several messages saying he'd paid £45 for the job and basically that he'd wasted his money. Even when I tried to end the text message correspondence he continued to message me and send screenshots from the app. Terrible customer service and felt like serious harassment.

The tree felling was done to a very high standard. Care was taken to bring down the tree in stages so that no damage was caused to the surroundings. Matt also very kindly gave some advice to me on pruning a couple of other trees, which was much appreciated. There were issues with communications, when our appointment on a previous day was cancelled without informing us. However, they took on board that we were not happy about the no-show and re-arranged for a few days later.

Driveway completed. Recently had flooding in the house and were told by the Insurance Company and a couple of independent Builders that the Driveway was fitted above the DPC Course and should have been installed below the DPC course. Contacted Ned who advised that we should get a new Driveway even though the mistake is his. After chatting with Ned further he said he would come and have a look and come to an amicable agreement. Unfortunately till today Ned has not shown up. I have messaged him a few times.

Apart from causing £350. worth of damage to my roof and electrics so far and ignoring my emails questioning why they didn't tell me. The job was done quickly and virtually to the agreed specification. Would I recommend them? Probably not just for not coming clean about the damage and not communicating. I had a quote from them for a fence which I was going to take up, also a couple of other jobs to quote for but I am now looking elsewhere. I have no confidence they will tell me if something goes wrong.
