We can't recommend Arbiter Coatings enough! Bill was extremely helpful right from the quote stage to completion of the work. He offered us a solution to covering up the fake stone front of our home to give us the exact result we had hoped for when no-one else could. Dean and Rob worked very hard during a couple of incredibly hot days to lay our slate patio. Once the patio was laid however, quite a large number of the slabs were not set and were moving when stepped on. Unfortunately the guys didn't come back and fix the problem, which was disappointing.

Job was to sand the floor of our flat and we set a price. After asking for more they guaranteed to finish for the extra price. A day later they pulled out of the job leaving it un finished. They said it was due to a black tar like substance. they said they had tried everything. My painter and decorator took a torch and scrapper and had it up in minutes. They had the wrong tools and seemed like first flooring job. After contacting asking to finish he said he would get back to me but failed to be reached.

Tony and his team just completed a small kitchen extension which transformed our house. Our cramped dark kitchen is now an airy welcoming space. We had worked with architects and put out to competitive tender. Tony’s price was fair, clear and he was clearly interested in the project. He kept to his price, regardless of the various twists and turns that we encountered in the 13 week build. The craftsmanship of his team is top class - from foundations to finishing they were thorough and precise.
