Fantastic set of builders. They undertook extensive repairs to the roof, guttering and chimney stacks, all to an excellent standard. Internally, they removed and disposed of the plaster from two large rooms, plaster-boarded and skimmed, again to an excellent standard – the plaster is as smooth as marble! They also resolved ad hoc problems as they came to light, at no extra cost. They cleaned up after each day’s work (including the pavement outside) and removed all debris. And … they finished the job on time and on budget. Being new to the area, I had been wary of employing unknown builders. But I have been left impressed beyond all expectation!

Specialised in brick & masonry restoration and damp proofing. - Damp assessment/surveys at £89 per survey with a full written report. - Lime rendering & plastering with horse hair. - Paint removal - Lime pointing. - Masonry repairs. - Paint removal using the Thermatech hot steam cleaning system. - Brick/stone feature walls. - lime wash - Breathable Painting. We often work with conservation officers from the authorities to ensure our works are of the highest standards.
Marcus was knowledgeable about the property and what was needed. His quote was also very reasonable. We will definitely be using this company for the work we need.
Broadoak did a celler convertion for us. They were highly competative with price and had a good scheduel of works set out before work started. Luke gave a decent quote for some roof, paving & fence work. What they did complete was good, but they did not finish the job. Communication was very frustrating and I had to constantly chase for updates. I stupidly paid the full balance after the garden was complete, but before the roof work was. It's now 9 weeks on & despite repeated assurances that they will come back (and me offering a further £200 to complete the roof work), I do not believe they intend to return. 3/5
