Unfortunately I would not rate the people hired. Although prices were good, finished work was not. Left house absolutely unfinished. Very messy not touched up in corners did not return on the last day and phone number was uncontactable. My son had this work done after he was involved in a car accident that almost caused the lose of his life which is why I asked on this site because he was unable to complete the renovation of a property he had purchased.
