Danny was very nice and quick when answering my questions when I put the job up. He was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating when something was wrong and the job could not happen, but he gave us an answer on what we had to get to fix the problem. The new insulation and acrylic render will need to be tested by time and weather - it's only been a weeks now - but I am happy with the appearance and the way the work was done. A minor disagreement about needing to apply sealant to laid-over sills was the only hiccup in an otherwise smooth process, quickly resolved. I had had a different (Bexleyheath-based) company re-render the other wall earlier, and in terms of quality, speed and communication Capital Renders wiped the floor with the other guys.

Stanley & his team originally came on board to build us a new rear extension which would house our kitchen as well as fit a new bathroom but as the project developed it ended up being near enough an entire house renovation and we're thrilled with the results. We still have work we would like to do to the outside of the house as well as a loft conversion and when we have enough money to take on those projects, we would definitely re-hire Stanley and his team. Turns up on time and was very sympathetic that I work late nights & sleep in. Resourceful in getting his water somewhere else so as not to wake me. Asking around it was a very decent price. The worst roofing company that you can get. All the brackets off the gutters are moving , the soffits are moving , so if the wind is blowing towards you can’t sleep. They cutdown the underlay when they were supposed to just push it back . When asked to come back to sort it out they said if they are coming they would be taking the whole thing down. The only good thing they done is cut down from the price so they don’t come back to properly finish the job. It’s got one star just because I can’t give them 0.
