I can then project manage the restoration or repair works for you, no matter how big or small. There is no charge to you, the policyholder, for the Aspray claims management service I offer, provided that I can appoint and project manage the contractors who carry out the repair works, as Aspray is paid by the insurance company for any repair or reinstatement works my contractors complete. They replied quickly, came when said and sent me a written quote by email. They came on the day they said they would and worked into the evening with flood lights. They came back next day to clean up. I have however discovered they took a panel off our Decking and did not put it back. I have messaged them but no reply. So five stars for quote and timing. I would give less for the after service. We will however be getting them back later in the year for a shed/garden house construction.
