Very smooth, professional job from start to finish. Everything done when agreed between myself and the builder. Job finished more than a day ahead of schedule. Everyday we came into the house there was very little disruption and the job site kept clean. When the job was finished the room was left extremely clean and practically dust free. Broadoak did a celler convertion for us. They were highly competative with price and had a good scheduel of works set out before work started. Everyone in the office are extremly helpful and the workmen are friendly and trustworthy and became part of the family after a few weeks.We have had no problems and we are very happy with the end result, I would highly reccomend this company and would have them back.
