Fantastic set of builders. They undertook extensive repairs to the roof, guttering and chimney stacks, all to an excellent standard. Internally, they removed and disposed of the plaster from two large rooms, plaster-boarded and skimmed, again to an excellent standard – the plaster is as smooth as marble! They also resolved ad hoc problems as they came to light, at no extra cost. They cleaned up after each day’s work (including the pavement outside) and removed all debris. And … they finished the job on time and on budget. Being new to the area, I had been wary of employing unknown builders. But I have been left impressed beyond all expectation!

We often work with conservation officers from the authorities to ensure our works are of the highest standards.

I had this roof replaced in February and it has failed already. The company I used was via Rated people. Not sure why I used this app again, given my experience, but I did. Gus has replaced this and my other flat roof. He carried out the job promptly and cleared up completely. So far, I think he has done a great job. The leaks have stopped. Assuming the roof doesn't fail again, I would recommend Gus without hesitation. I will return to update my review in a year's time when I hope there will be no problems
Broadoak did a celler convertion for us. They were highly competative with price and had a good scheduel of works set out before work started. Everyone in the office are extremly helpful and the workmen are friendly and trustworthy and became part of the family after a few weeks.We have had no problems and we are very happy with the end result, I would highly reccomend this company and would have them back. We had a persistent roof leak issue during heavy rain. Response from Michael was really quick and came out over the weekend before oredicted heavy rain. They sorted the leak and also check the roof and identified some broken tiles etc which was sorted after few days. Really good team. Thanks guys.
