Steve responded to the and straight away and came round to provide a free quote the day after. It took under 5 mins for him to assess the problem and tell us what the problem was, as soon as the part was ordered he came back 2 days later to fit and the job took about an hour. James Morris did some structural work for us, converting our separate kitchen and lounge into an open-plan kitchen. He also converted a guest loo into a laundry and did some other minor renovation works. His customer service skills are outstanding and the quality of workmanship is excellent. He and his team have a very good work ethic and were very happy to work through weekends at our request to expedite the job. i have been trading as a bricklayer for 30 years. My work entails all denominations of brickwork and blockwork, groundworks and concreting. I have a C-Skills City & Guilds level 2 Brickwork Certificate and concrete certificate CSCS Card. Also Palace accredited (dpc), and PAM Wall ties.
