Had Presitge Construction lay paving for me in the back garden for a shed base and pathway leading back to the house. Matt done a superb job and seems a genuine guy. Very punctual and reliable, great communication and the job came in ahead of time and on budget, really pleased with the finished job! As soon as my job was posted I was contacted by Eddie who came round to my address the same day. He assessed the problem and gave me a very good price for the work. He then completed the job on the next dry day. In total he turned around the work in 4 days. Superb service from start to finish. I will definately ring Eddie for future building jobs at my address. I would recommend him to anyone, 1st rate service.

Can’t recommend Dan highly enough. Professional, courteous and excellent communication regarding the job from quote to completion (removal of load bearing wall in kitchen which he cleaned and tidied afterwards). Hello and thanks for looking at my profile. I have a great interest in how spaces work for my clients and I find it amazing how I can totally transform how a space looks and feels. I absolutely love designing spaces and have the skillsets of doing all of the work myself. A lot of people entrust me to design the spaces for them and choose and source all of the materials I use. Of course people may want to do this themselves and I can happily work with provided materials if that is your wish. Each job is different and has its own challenges but with my imagination and experience I transform homes. I am also a trained decorator and provide a high standard of finish. I'm a very friendly and trustworthy person and understand the importance of being respectful in someones home. As you can see in my ratings, people have said lovely things about me over the years. I had a problem with my float valve in my tank. Neal answered my posting promptly and came out to assess the job. We agreed a price and he nipped off to get the parts. He worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up after himself. He had a very pleasant manner and I can not praise him highly enough. I would totally recommend him to anyone based on this job.

Broadoak did a celler convertion for us. They were highly competative with price and had a good scheduel of works set out before work started.
