James And Kev spent a good amount of time initially looking at the conservatory as it was and thinking about the best way to replace whilst keeping things as dry as possible. Did the actual work in just over a week - very impressive! Good quality job and exactly what we asked for. Gave us advice on future upkeep to keep it dry.

I am a loss assessor, presently settling claims and then project managing the restoration works to properties affected by flood, storm, burst water pipe, malicious damage by tenants, impact or other damage to homes or commercial premises. Did you know that you can use a Loss Assessor, like me, to help negotiate a fair settlement with your insurer? I can then instruct vetted contractors and oversee any reinstatement works? Once I have assessed your claim, I will prepare a schedule of works and submit the details to your insurer to help ensure that you receive an efficient service whether the claim is related to your home or commercial premises. I can then project manage the restoration or repair works for you, no matter how big or small.
