Steve responded to the and straight away and came round to provide a free quote the day after. It took under 5 mins for him to assess the problem and tell us what the problem was, as soon as the part was ordered he came back 2 days later to fit and the job took about an hour. I would highly recommend Patrick. We had a problem with rising damp and the job was completed efficiently and to a very high standard.
