Did an excellent job of rendering the raised plant beds - even though it took slightly longer than anticipated due to weather conditions I was kept informed and the work came in as per budget. Would highly recommend for similiar work.

Jon air con did an excellent job of relocating a Daikin air con unit, they dismantle the system that was fitted in one room and they relocated in another room this is a much complex work than just fitting a new system, i was impressed by the quality of the work and tidiness, attention to detail. David was excellent. Communication superb, always replied to emails and texts very promptly. Excellent tiling. Flexible, accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. Although he was scheduled to finish as planned at the end of the week and would have done had the taps I ordered had come on time, he came back as soon as the taps were the delivered the following week. Two bathrooms and downstairs loo done and we will be asking David to come back to do our two other bathrooms.

The new insulation and acrylic render will need to be tested by time and weather - it's only been a weeks now - but I am happy with the appearance and the way the work was done. A minor disagreement about needing to apply sealant to laid-over sills was the only hiccup in an otherwise smooth process, quickly resolved. I had had a different (Bexleyheath-based) company re-render the other wall earlier, and in terms of quality, speed and communication Capital Renders wiped the floor with the other guys.

Right Choice Roofing were excellent. 512 characters isn’t enough to do them justice, the original builder of our extension roof cut lots of corners but Mark and Martin set things right, quickly, efficiently and very cleanly. To back this up, a lengthy guarantee on something they did not build but only corrected is hugely appreciated and valued, including helping compile a report of the discovered issues. They are excellent and I highly recommend. Give them a chance, they won’t let you down. A++
