I cannot rate Roy highly enough, he came and quoted on a Saturday for a start as we were under pressure to get the plastering portion of our project done. Having been let down by another company, he saved the day, not only was his price more competitive, he couldn’t do enough for us! He was able to slot his team in around us and our project. They came, were on time and tidy, knew what they were doing, efficient and professional. We’re super pleased with the look. Highly recommend to anyone else.

We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward. I would thoroughly recommend LFC to anyone in need of build work – large or small, their prices are incredibly good and the dedication and attention to detail are very impressive. Very much look forward to using LFC in the future.

A fantastic job by Adam who, on his own, widened existing window and door gaps, fitted new window/door, re-skimmed walls and ceilings (including removing artex and beams from the ceiling), decorated, tiled and fitted a new kitchen supplied by us (including the installation of gas hob, cooker, washing machine and dishwasher) and laid a new floor. Adam is excellent value for money and extremely reliable. Highly recommended!

ben turned up the following day prompt! fixed the leak i had in my bathroom..but called him back on the tuesday to rectify the leak.. which he did, ben was genuine and considerate and charged fairly

We could unreservedly recommend this company. The work was completed on time and to a high standard. Small, additional items were asked for and these were also completed at a fair cost and promptly. The person tidied up afterwards and we were really pleased by the outcome,e.g. re-plastering under the dado rail, re-plastering the ceiling on the landing and bathroom and a wall in the attic room.

Sound proofing of dining room, sitting room and bedroom. I applied for the job on the weekend, on the same day Aaron rang me and came to have a look at the job and do a quotation. He gave me lots of information and gave me a quote the next day - the quote was agreed - Materials were ordered by Monday morning and arrived Wednesday morning along with Aaron's team of electricians, plasterers and ceiling installers along with Aaron's father Pier who was extremely knowledgeable and came up with lots of ideas.

Dimitrov work was outstanding. He is a excellent plaster and a great guy who give you plenty of advice. Our lounge and bed room look amazing. From the very start working with these guys was simple. On the weekend they turned up to view the job I had and by Tuesday they arrived promptly and just got on with it. I left them to it and by late afternoon my job was done exactly to my requirements and to the amount agreed. They made sure that I was happy with the progress and quality at regular intervals. Great service with a great end result. I would definitely recommend them and use them again for any general construction work I need.

I'm very pleased with the repairs to the wall fixings and refix of our heavy motorized satellite dish which had come loose in the recent winds. The job was done very efficiently and promptly for the agreed budget and we are very pleased with the result.
