We are a period/listed property restoration company. My names Tom, I have been in the real estate sector for over 10 years and have done everything from general property maintenance, new bathrooms, painting/decorating, demolition contracts and most recently constructed 9 ultra high spec homes. I am very well connected with all trades and can provide a top tier service for all types of project management no matter how big or small the job may be. I am also extremely capable at doing many manual labour jobs, but often favour a shorter timeline for my clients project completion and therefore prefer to draft in experienced trades to get the job completed. Tom was not hired on this occasion for my posted job. I tried to remove/close the job post, but a glitch means I can not do so. I can only place a rating. It would be unfair to rate Tom as anything less than 5 stars as he did communicate a quote but wanted 50% up front. If I had not found a tradesman with immediate availability, it may well have worked out differently.

He arrived when he said he would on the two mornings; quoted fairly (reducing the price when the job was, in the end, smaller); cleared up and cleaned up afterwards - all in all highly recommended, I would certainly call him again. Came along quickly to complete the job, which we are very pleased with. In fact he managed to get the job done quicker than expected. The nice smooth ceilings look so much better than the previous silk painted artex, and a difficult job was made easy with his expertese. We will be using him again to do the other ceilings in the near future. The price was reasonable and he was pleasant and polite.

Artur of Max Art was very professional and did an excellent job. Nothing was too much trouble for him, moving furniture, masking etc. even coming back to check his work after the paint had dried. Very clean and tidy with no fuss or mess. He just worked until the job was complete. A really good service. I will definitely use again.
