I would defiantly recommend johnny to do your plastering jobs how big or small the work is. He's friendly, punchuerial, reliable and leaves the place tidy. I hired johnny to replaster our lounge/dinner/utility plus both ceilings plus he resolved some rising damp issues we had. Excellent plastering work nice and smooth. Easy to have around the house felt I could trust him all day whilst I went to work. Very competitive with his pricing and keeps to his word.

Addition is for the arctex request, not just the redecoration of the ceiling water damage where the work was excellent and the protection of the furnished room was excellent. Final good comment is that the vacuum use was thorough - nothing left to chance.

My expertise lies in plastering, but I am also a multi-skilled engineer and can turn my hand to almost any building work. Laurence’s workmanship was excellent:. The job was to skim a heavily Artexed ceiling and to feather in at the edges to avoid changing the coving and yet leave a nice edge profile visible on the coving. I waited to post a rating so that I could see the ceiling dry and apply a mist (dilute) coat of paint to the plaster. That reveals any issues. I’m pleased to say the quality is excellent -no problems at all and will be working with Laurence in the future.

Ben managed to fit our painting job in while he was waiting for the plaster to dry at another job. He was punctual and friendly. His work was very good and he sorted out a couple of problems we had with our door frames. I would certainly recommend him and I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.
