Mike contacted me very quickly after posting the advert, and came out the following day to quote. I have just bought a property and needed work doing immediately and even though mike had another job on, he found the time to start on mine. I'm very impressed with the job mike and his team have done, I now have 3 new ceilings and 2 plastered walls, plus some extra work he's done and it means I am now able to move in! I will be asking mike to return to do some other jobs for me, and I would highly recommend :)

These remarks from Sergiu are exactly what I suggested in my very positive first review of his work. Unfortunately he lacks professional communication skills. He loses proffesional boundaries and makes it very personal, it's a cultural and language issue made worse by his righteousness. This has been very upsetting. His attitude comes across as aggressive and his behaviour is defensive...I wish Sergiu well, because his work is excellent, just get off on the right foot and all will be well????

Phil contacted me from my advert and I cannot be more thankful that he did, his workmanship is fantastic he did a great job plastering my en suite, he very particular and cleans up everything so you wouldn't even know he was in the house. would I recommend ? Lim and his team were brilliant from start to finish. Great price, great communication and always a gentleman. After struggling to find a decent plasterer in the past when we needed to find someone to plaster the downstairs of our house we turned to Rated People. From the start communication with C M Lambourne Plastering was simple and straightforward, and their pricing was fair and competitive. They arrived on time each time and were very tidy and considerate on site. Their work was very good and we are very pleased with the outcome. We would highly recommend Chris and Mike and would not hesitate to use again.

Patrick was quick to respond and was great value for money. He did the work exactly when I wanted at quite short notice and did a pretty good job. Replied quickly to other queries and was quick to offer advice for work i wanted to do myself. Would use again without hesitation
