came to do quote , seemed professional and rep, but then had to chase him up! He said he was just waiting on materials to come and said he’d be in touch soon as he had materials and said he’d be round the following week to carry out work. When I messaged just to confirm him coming he ignored my message and didn’t bother doing the job ! Very unprofessional!

No one turned up. One person said he would come and see what was involved. As usual with this site, no one came. Eventually a friend came with a 3 year old. He wouldn't take any money but the 3 year old had 2 sausages and an ice lolly. .

Duncan and team completed a double extension, interior remodelling and modernisation and ground works for new patio and driveway. This is a great team to have on your project. Everything finished to a good standard, problems solved where they arise and advice offered on finishes, such as patio slabs, fixtures and fittings. The bottom line is it was a waste of both your time and mine if you were not interested, I think that the eventual profit would have more than covered lead costs, if not then you are doing something very wrong, I deal with CPC (Cost Per Click) every day every business I know allows a fund for this, out of every 10 clicks (that cost them) only one may bear fruit, I think you need to re-think strategies, I have increased value rating because at the end of the day your initial quote came in at a good price.

Amazing service From Alen and his team. His quote beat the competition by far, but without any compromise on the windows. We were only planning to have new wooden double glazed windows for the front of the house, but were actually able to have new windows for the whole house.
