Daniel and Alex from Criteria have restored my faith in builders. They were very friendly (no hard sell) and helped to assess the job that I needed with very useful hints and tips. The one point I liked the most was the way they worked. Very neat and tidy and with attention to detail. I suppose I am fussy but I believe that if a job is worth doing it is worth doing properly. It has been great to find guys that actually seem to have pride in what they do and I would recommend them very highly.

Excellent job, the quality of windows is superb, the guys worked clean and tidy after the completion of the work. The price is reasonable, however, we had to change from white to brown colour and this made it a bit more costly, but really nice windows and a sliding balcony door, great gold chrome handles and locks. Lots of neighbours were asking for the tradesman. 1 year after installation a small sill needed a fix, they came straight away. Would highly recommend them.

Dimitrov work was outstanding. He is a excellent plaster and a great guy who give you plenty of advice. Our lounge and bed room look amazing. Dimitrov is reliable, promt, hard working and honest and he gives receipts for all materials and is rate are very good. We will now be doing all our work on our house. Thanks you Dimitrov. Damion from swift & neatmuilttrader ltd was fantastic!! he came & viewed the chimney, gave me a very reasonable quote, also didn't make a fuss as some other roofers did!! did the work in under 30min.. excellent job, he very professional. will be using him again on other bits around the house! 5 Star.

We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward. I would thoroughly recommend LFC to anyone in need of build work – large or small, their prices are incredibly good and the dedication and attention to detail are very impressive. Very much look forward to using LFC in the future.

This is an excelent company, who we did not know before this job. They exceeded our expectations and we couldn't be happier with the final result. They were easy to communicate with, and arrived promptly on the agreed work days. They were efficient, thorough, and did not skimp on anything. Even improved some areas that we had not noticed previously. They worked neatly, and cleaned up after each day, and were a pleasure to deal with. Tony Is a great guy, friendly , easy to get on with, never without a smile, and above all takes real proper pride in his work. All round superb service from iGlaze from initial contact to completion of the installation of a window and new upvc door on May 31st. All advance quotation and invoicing documentation was very professional. Was very impressed with Grant coming initially to quote, measure and inspect the area, plus a recheck before the job date, also his willingness to answer all my questions. On the day he was on time and completed a very smart job and tidy workmanship. I would highly recommend and use again.

Tomas was very punctual, polite and efficient. He did a good job of what he had given a quote for and I would recommend him. My only suggestion to the highly skilled Tomas is that it might be a good idea in future to let clients, who do not share his expertise, know what else could/should be done to make the final result absolutely perfect. The client could then decide whether to opt for further work, based on a revised quote, or leave it at what she/he had originally asked a quote for.

Very jpleased with the work our garage roof is now sealed and not leaking. Good value for money in our opinion. They were reliable and turned up when they said they would and also took all the rubbish away with them. We would recommend them.
