They were very dodgy and unreliable. They took all the agreed money but never came back to finish the job. I was left without a kitchen, cooking utilises and drinking water for two whole months as no other builders were willing to pick up the mess they left behind. The garden was a complete mess with concrete and heavy building rumble. I strongly advise people to be wary of hiring them.

Gurpreet fixed two steamed up windows where the seal broke. It was originally for 1 but the quote was excellent and offered the second for a small amount. Excellent work. Great price. City Glazing LTd fitted new windows in my tenanted house when I was away without air vent. He promised to come back and fit the ventilations. For nearly a year, the house is suffering from mould and condensation and he hasn't done anything,.
Would recommend Pro-build, Rick was reliable, always turning up when he said he would and put in a quick and acceptable quote. It was a small job but that didn't cause any issues and Rick was very flexible when I changed what I wanted doing. Happy with the end result and the problem has been fixed. Would use again and recommend.

came on 21st july, gave estimate and agreed job. said panels would be ready in 5 days. eventually fitted on 21st august, 30 days later One panel faulty(not noticed by john hall). Replaced this panel a week later, when he had to reverse panels, mas they had been fitted the wrond way round!!.

Amazing service From Alen and his team. His quote beat the competition by far, but without any compromise on the windows. We were only planning to have new wooden double glazed windows for the front of the house, but were actually able to have new windows for the whole house. Alen also made suggestions which we had not thought about. He said we would have beautiful new windows and he has delivered. Clean, polite and kept informed throughout the process.
