James was professional, skilled, and always turned up on time and when he said he would. His workmanship was excellent, and pricing was competitive. He finished the job on time and we are pleased with the end product. The flooring was not completely straightforward to lay, but with good advice from James on how to deal with the quirks (uneven floor, steps that were difficult to negotiate) we have a fantastic end product. Matthew and his team did an amazing job and completely transformed a tired 1st floor maisonette into a luxurious looking property. Throughout my 'mini' project Matthew remained calm and patient, even when i informed him that i preferred to have my Gas Safe Engineer to work on the Plumbing and Gas boiler. he just adjusted his quote reflect this. He also suggested 2 weekly installation payments so that I could see the improvements before paying. I will definitely use Matthew again for any future projects.
