Listed a job to replace 2 large Velux windows. Courtney & Nick came and priced the job, no hard sell just a great quote which we accepted & a date to turn up to do the work was agreed. They are a great team with excellent workmanship, friendly & helpful and they like dogs which is a major bonus as we have 7 rescues. The work was carried out to a good standard, quickly and tidily with minimum disruption. We are happy with the result. The "Boys" were friendly and easy to have about and full of good advice. He said he was just waiting on materials to come and said he’d be in touch soon as he had materials and said he’d be round the following week to carry out work. When I messaged just to confirm him coming he ignored my message and didn’t bother doing the job ! Very unprofessional!

John did do a good job when he decided to turn up. However, he was not reliable and would always ask for money upfront..Also , he never came back to finish the job, even though he was paid to.
