Mr Webb contacted me to give an estimate. He arrived on time. A detailed estimate was given and it was agreed tha he would carry out the works. He arrive on time, he was very polite, the standard of his work was excellent. Clean and tidy and no mess left behind. Daniel and Alex from Criteria have restored my faith in builders. They were very friendly (no hard sell) and helped to assess the job that I needed with very useful hints and tips. The one point I liked the most was the way they worked. Very neat and tidy and with attention to detail. I suppose I am fussy but I believe that if a job is worth doing it is worth doing properly. It has been great to find guys that actually seem to have pride in what they do and I would recommend them very highly.

Excellent job, the quality of windows is superb, the guys worked clean and tidy after the completion of the work. The price is reasonable, however, we had to change from white to brown colour and this made it a bit more costly, but really nice windows and a sliding balcony door, great gold chrome handles and locks. Lots of neighbours were asking for the tradesman. 1 year after installation a small sill needed a fix, they came straight away. Would highly recommend them.

The client could then decide whether to opt for further work, based on a revised quote, or leave it at what she/he had originally asked a quote for.
