I’ve been given 512 words to review Kyle and his team and only need one- AMAZING. However, I did warn Kyle, that I had so much to say that 512 might not be enough- I will try to keep it short and to the point! I have never met someone who is so enthusiastic and passionate about what they do. If his motto should be anything it should be ‘we can do that’ and he does it BRILLIANTLY. Unprofessional behaviour ! Have been working with me for a year now and suddenly without any communication just left . I have some additional needs child and needs regular cleaning ! Never expected this kind of behaviour . If there is something that needs attention the first thing needs is communication.

I won't be using scs again. The standard was average. Dust still on blinds, on top of mirrors etc. Agreed for two cleaners for eight hours, but they finished after six to go to another job. Also I was only told five minutes before cleaners arrived that they wanted paying in hand. Due to the late notice. I didn't have cash or cheque to hand. I paid by bacs immediately after, taking three days to clear, but was still rung by the owner who yelled at me that I hadn't paid.

Effective & nicely done hedge tidy-up, really made the garden look noticeably better, and all the waste was indeed tidied away and removed from site as promised. I'll be using Sam again for hedges & would trust him with our trees etc too.

Does anyone know whether Andrew is ok? I paid him to do a job for me and despite some setbacks (he fell ill, then his son fell ill, then they had a family holiday) I thought we were set to go. I have not heard from him for two weeks and am becoming concerned

Great job done by the guys at CKJ Construction, from the initial consultation through to the work itself. The job was a combination of pulling up, cleaning, re-laying and pointing tiles around the perimeter of the house as well as removing some bushes, putting down turf and installing new sleepers. All work done to a good standard with attention to detail and at a fair price. Would definitely use again and would recommend for a wide variety of jobs. Thank you!

Robert Heilds came to give me an estimate. He was clear about what was necessary and gave me a fixed price for the job. We agreed a date and time and when he was held up, he contacted me to let me know and attended as soon as he could. The job was completed as I expected and he told me to get in touch if I had any subsequent problems. No problems so fae!

Job didn't last long, started leaking again when it rained heavy. wasted money. Another company looked at the chimney and flat roof and politely described the job as done by cons, using this site to get quick cash from urgent jobs, which if not done professionally costs more in the long run. The banter is part of the deception.

I employed Matt to install a new bathroom. I was very disappointed in the finishing of the tiling (uneven, rough grouting, chipped tiles). The sink was installed after the tiles were fitted therefore the sink was not plumb - silicone was used to fill the large gap between sink and tiles - messy! Nice lads, but poor workmanship.

Great bunch of lads. Paul came round to quote within a couple of days, fair price, tradesmen all professional, respectful, tidy and communication great! Have already asked them to do more work for me. Definitely recommend.
