Again your comment is not correct. I had to leave before the cleaners finished, so could not have said that they had done a good job. Also they were supposed to do every 2 weeks, so how could I say 'see you next week'? Accuracy is not your strong point I see. Am not sure where you live but we don't get that much dust or dirt in 3 to 4 days... For reasons discussed over the phone I don't want your cleaners back in the house.

My rating is only related to 'Reliability', and reflects the inability to get in touch with the tradesperson. There is no option on Rated People to avoid giving a ration for 'Value' and 'Quality' - please ignore those as they were not applicable in this attempt at transaction.
